Amare Integrated Clinical Services, LLC (“Amare ICS”) is committed to making our website and telehealth services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities, consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We believe every person has the right to access care with dignity, equality and independence.
Our goal
We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the recognized standard for web accessibility. We review the site regularly and work with our web developer to find and fix barriers.
Accessibility features
- English and Spanish versions of every page, using the EN | ES button at the top of each page
- A “Skip to main content” link, and a clear outline that shows where you are when using a keyboard
- Every link, button and form field works with a keyboard alone
- Headings and labels that help screen readers describe each page
- Text descriptions for meaningful images
- No audio or video that plays automatically
- Slideshows and animations stop moving when your device is set to reduce motion
Third-party platforms
We use outside platforms for our secure client portal, scheduling and video sessions. We can't control accessibility barriers on those platforms, but if one doesn't work for you, we will find another way to communicate with you and complete your forms together.
Telehealth accommodations
Amare ICS is a fully virtual practice with no public office, so you can receive care from the comfort and safety of your own space. If you need an accommodation, such as captioning, audio-only (telephone) sessions when clinically appropriate, extra time, or large-print documents, please let us know, ideally before your first session. Accommodations are provided at no additional cost.
Feedback and requests
If you have trouble using any part of this website or our forms, or you need an accommodation, contact us at info@amareics.com or (928) 940-2120, Monday through Friday, in English or Spanish. We respond within 2 business days. If you are deaf, hard of hearing or have a speech disability, dial 711 to reach us through telecommunications relay services. You can also write to us at Amare Integrated Clinical Services, 221 S. Mountain Ave., Ste. 219 PMB 1011, Springerville, AZ 85938.
